What happens if my internet connection goes out?

It is your responsibility to provide a stable internet connection.   If your internet is not stable at your home then find an alternate location and an alternate internet connection that is stable. You will have a second connection to the proctor on your second device. Should an error occur the proctor will be available to walk you through the re-connection. If you lose power or internet service please contact our office by telephone immediately. In an emergency see if you can tether your computer internet connection to your phone’s hot spot.
