What happens if my internet provider experiences an outage?

If your internet provider experiences an outage and with your assistance we are able to confirm with your internet provider there was an internet outage Make certain your own equipment works.  Refunds will not be available. Contact the CDECB office with proof that the internet provider has an outage in your area. We will work together to make alternate arrangements.
